Debbian R. Campbell James, MBA, Ed.S, PMP, is a visionary leader, dedicated educator, and accomplished project manager with a passion for restoring honor to the teaching profession. With years of experience as an educator, facilitator, and education consultant, Debbian has consistently championed innovative solutions that empower teachers, support student success, and strengthen educational communities. As the founder of PartnerED Cultivators, LLC, she brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and heartfelt commitment to transforming education through research-driven strategies, meaningful partnerships, and a deep dedication to fostering growth for both educators and learners.
With almost 20 years of experience across government, education, and nonprofit sectors, Debbian is passionate about creating conditions to help inspire both students and educators to grow and succeed.
As a certified educator in Business Education, Computer Science, and Special Education, she brings a versatile skill set to meet the diverse needs of students. Her work has included designing innovative instructional strategies, facilitating professional development, and leading initiatives that integrate technology into teaching and learning.

With over two decades of experience in both international and local public education, Narry is committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic student development. He is passionate about inspiring students to cultivate a love for science and explore opportunities in STEM fields. His focus is creating engaging, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning environments that spark curiosity and promote lifelong learning.
